Sarah Hart

Raised in the New Hampshire woods, now rooted in Puerto Rico. I came to this work through my own healing.

Yoga
Eleven years and 2,000+ hours of teaching worldwide. 500-hour trained, specializing in yin, fascia and trauma-informed practice.
Reiki
A Reiki Master for ten years in the Usui lineage, carrying forward the teachings of my aunt and godmother.
Energy
Munay-Ki rites, the Melchizedek Method, holographic sound healing and shamanic energy work.
